There\u2019s one main difference between home and a holiday \u2013 the list. There\u2019s always a list, but holiday lists are full of family fun.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why things like swimming pools and outdoor fireplaces make our homes feel more like a holiday \u2014 because they\u2019re exotic and they\u2019re fun.<\/p>\n

Outdoor fireplaces add all the fun \u2014 without more maintenance to be done.<\/p>\n

They have the added benefit of making you look busy \u2014 even with a beer in your hand, standing, poking a fire, entertaining the kids with marshmallows or a steak or two \u2014 it all looks like something that belongs on your list.<\/p>\n

Keeping a fire running and warm, looks like work but feels like fun \u2014 making it the ultimate home holiday hack.<\/p>\n

When the holiday is all done and the routine is in full steam \u2013 walk out to your outdoor fireplace, beer in hand and look busy \u2014 do everyone a favour, get the kids off their screens, invite friends around and relax.<\/p>\n
