She&#8217;d never made one. Guess whose was better!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>There\u2019s something pretty unique about <\/span><strong><span>cooking over fire<\/span><\/strong><span>. You have to get involved. You can\u2019t simply set a timer and walk away. You need to watch the flames, feel the heat, keep an eye on the pizza and learn when it\u2019s ready. It\u2019s hands-on, a little unpredictable and a whole lot of fun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>In this video, I hand the pizza peel over to my daughter, and she nails it!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We all have different preferences for the pizza base, this one is a thin crust which needs a bit of crunch so it all holds together. I hope this video gives you some tips or ideas for cooking your own pizza and making time with your family.
