Cooking Breakfast For My Team On 4 Grill Plates
Today, I’m taking on a new challenge: cooking an entire breakfast for my team on four grill plates using the Flare Outdoor Fireplace setup. Typically, I stick to one or two plates, enough to whip up eggs, sausages, or steak without the stress. Even three plates can get chaotic. But today? I’m going big!
I decided breakfast would be a fun, unexpected treat for my team to enjoy! And not just any breakfast, I’m going full English breakfast mode: bacon, eggs, sausages, baked beans, tomatoes, and creamy mushrooms!
The big question: can all this come together perfectly and on time?
With zero prep and no plan, I jumped straight in. Managing four hot plates, shifting heat as needed, and juggling four dishes at once proves to be a bit difficult.
Yet, with creativity and quick thinking, swinging plates on and off and letting things rest, it all comes together. The result? A hearty, gourmet-style breakfast cooked entirely outdoors on the fireplace.
This experiment shows that while four grill plates are a bit crazy, it’s absolutely doable. But for sanity’s sake, I’d recommend sticking with two or three. Still, mission accomplished: breakfast for the team, cooked over flames and grilled to perfection.
