Ingredients
- 1x Leg of Lamb
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
Optional – your favourite rub or a sprinkle of rosemary
Method
- Rub oil over the Leg of Lamb
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the whole leg
- Sit meat on rods high up in the Martello Outdoor Fireplace
- Keep an eye on the meat as it cooks. You can either eyeball the meat or use a meat probe
- Cook for approximately four hours
- Enjoy!
