We’ve made numerous improvements over the years, and I want to share some of these with you. First, we have stainless steel inserts for attaching our cooking accessories. Previously, these were pre-cast holes requiring complex installation. Now, with these inserts, attaching accessories is straightforward. For instance, our bracket for various accessories can be easily attached with just three bolts. Once the bracket is on, you can add the log guard, which keeps logs and embers contained. It fits snugly and securely in place. Next, the swing frame is my favorite cooking tool. It allows you to swing food in and out of the heat, making cooking effortless. You can use a hot plate to cook various foods, and the swing frame fits standard hot plates. It also has two height settings, letting you adjust the cooking level. You can even use two swing frames simultaneously, maximizing your cooking area. Our pizza oven has also been redesigned to fit the swing frame, making it easier to cook pizzas in just 90 seconds. With two swing frames, you can operate two pizza ovens at once. For rotisserie lovers, our rotisserie attachment fits onto the swing frame, allowing you to cook meat to perfection. It’s a simple, set-and-forget method, ideal for long cooks. We also have a smoker cage that fits into the chimney, letting you smoke food while cooking other items. It includes adjustable dampers for precise smoke control. Lastly, the night guard ensures safety by containing the fire if you need to leave it unattended.
