We are very distracted
There is no doubt we are very distracted. Most of us know this about ourselves. At any available moment, we pick up our device and jump on live-streaming services like youtube or Netflix or social media.
We think such distractions will help us, but they rarely bring joy, and they’re certainly not about being present.
