Can an outdoor fireplace really handle cooking a full breakfast for 20 people?

In this video, we put our Flare Outdoor Fireplace and 4-swing-frame setup to the ultimate test, cooking a full breakfast entirely over the fire. Bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, tomatoes, mushrooms, and more… the goal was simple: see just how far this setup can be pushed when cooking for a crowd.

And the truth is, cooking for 20 people over fire isn’t about rushing or trying to make everything perfect at once. It’s about managing the heat, working with the fire as it changes, and using your space in a way that keeps everything flowing.

What this cook really showed is what the system is built for: flexibility, control, and the ability to run multiple cooking zones at the same time without feeling overwhelmed.

A big part of that comes down to the 4-swing-frame setup.

Instead of being stuck with a fixed surface, the swing frames let you constantly adjust as you go, lift food closer to the heat, pull it back when things are cooking too fast, or change height depending on what the fire is doing. It makes the whole cook feel far more responsive and adaptable.
