Martello Outdoor Fireplace cooked Leg of Lamb

Bring the party back to life with this fantastic addition to your backyard. Get the outdoor fireplace roaring or get cooking and let the party begin by creating a great atmosphere with fantastic company and scrummy food! Also, nothing says yum more than a Leg of Lamb.

Ingredients

  • 1x Leg of Lamb
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Optional – your favourite rub or a sprinkle of rosemary

Method

  1. Rub oil over the Leg of Lamb
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the whole leg
  3. Sit meat on rods high up in the Martello Outdoor Fireplace
  4. Keep an eye on the meat as it cooks. You can either eyeball the meat or use a meat probe
  5. Cook for approximately four hours
  6. Enjoy!
