Great as a snack, entree or part of a main meal, this is a fairly simple recipe for Grilled Lemon & Herb Chicken Legs. Allow the meat to season while letting it sit over night and let all the flavours infuse the chicken legs, then the next day cook up a storm on your Flare outdoor fire.

- 1kg chicken legs
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
- Olive oil
- Dried oregano & basil – 50g each
- 1 tbsp salt & 1 tbsp cracked pepper
Add chicken legs into a big dish then add lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, salt & cracked pepper.
Mix well and let this sit over night before cooking.
Heat fire to a medium temperature and place chicken onto the grill plate.
Cook for 15 -20 minutes until skin is nice and crispy then serve.
