2. Put the rotisserie back bracket on first and then the front bracket
3. Insert the rotisserie spit through the food you intend to cook, ensuring it’s centred and balanced
4. Place the rotisserie onto the brackets
5. User the ember poker to drag embers under the rotisserie to cook the meat
